The Caninese cultivar is the queen variety of our territory.From it, we produce our monocultivar extra virgin olive oil. Its small olives give life to an oil of the highest quality, characterized by a harmonious green fruity flavor with herbaceous notes of almond and artichoke. On the palate, it presents balanced spicy and bitter notes, with a pleasant artichoke aftertaste. Ideal for enhancing bruschetta, as well as accompanying fish, rabbit, legumes, and soups.
