PEARLED EMMER

Our company is certified organic, all our products are also organic because we offer you only what we grow. The emmer has given us great satisfaction, one of the oldest cereals that finds in our lands the most favorable conditions for growing with the highest quality. Emmer, already used in Roman times, important in diets for its high protein value, rich in fiber and low in calories.  Combined with legumes, such as our lentils, they become a unique dish in terms of flavor and nutritional values. It does not require soaking, it cooks in 30 to 40 minutes.
How? Adding twice as much water as the amount of emmer one wants.
